Terms & Payments

Once you have received your quote or wish to order one of our catalog products, please email or fax us a purchase order outlining your order. We will send you an order acknowledgement. Once you have approved our acknowledgement and we have received at least a 50% deposit, we will start production of your furnishings. The remaining balance is due before the order can ship.

We accept checks & certified bank checks payable to CSI-Montage Galleries and can be mailed to us at PO Box 3485, Hickory, NC 28603

We also accept all major credit cards via PayPal Merchant Services. Please note that we add a 3% upcharge for credit card processing.

Prices

Because of the uncertainty of our cost, all prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to your order acknowledgment for corrected prices.

C.O.M. Fabrics (Customer's Own Material)

Ship material prepaid to Montage Galleries, 796 20th St NE, Hickory, NC 28601. Please have supplier of C.O.M. include an identification tag listing name of customer, total yardage shipped, pattern ID#, and P.O.#. Tag each piece of fabric with the number of articles on which it is to be applied. If fabric is reversible, marface side. Striped fabric, specify direction vertical or horizontal use the following yardage requirements. For C.O.M. that are 54 inches wide Use yardage requirements on price list. 48 inches wide - Add 25°/o to yardage requirements. For C.O.M. to be matched to include stripes, plaids and matching repeats use the yardage requirements below.

• 54 inches wide - add 35% to yardage requirements.

• 48 inches wide - add 60% to yardage requirements.

We assume no responsibility whatsoever for wear ability of C.O.M. fabric. They are applied totally at customer’s own risk.

Shipment

All shipments are made F.O.B. Hickory, North Carolina. All dimensions indicated in our catalog are approximate and sometimes can vary more than one inch due to the handiwork of our craftsman.

Digital photography

CSI-Montage holds all rights of ownership of any & all digital photos taken from start to finish of any project/order unless otherwise noted. Clients that are part of our “private Label Program” hold all rights of their designs & photography.

Packaging

Each Piece is carefully wrapped with a multi-layered shipping pad at key points then placed in a sturdy corrugated tray, The piece is then “Shrink wrapped’ with a plastic bag securely in the center of the tray which is covered with a corrugated shipping carton. All cartoning is included in the prices.

Frames

All of our furnishings offer hand selected, quality kiln-dried hardwood frames. Our master frame builder has over 30 years in the furniture industry producing heirloom quality furniture one frame at a time.

Freight Damage

Shipment of all merchandise is at the purchaser’s risk. Our responsibility ends on delivery of the merchandise to the carrier in good condition. No goods are returnable for any reason without our authorization.

Transportation Claims

Goods become property of the purchaser on delivery to the carrier, Refusal to accept merchandise from the carrier because of damage or shortage does not relieve the purchaser of responsibility for payment, and for placement of claims in proper manner. Any damage or shortage must be noted on the freight bill before signing it. Immediately after receipt, open carton,’ inspect for damage. If damage is found notify delivering carrier at once.

Limited Warranty

This product has been carefully manufactured using only the very finest of materials, and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase by the original consumer.

This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchasing the product, and is not transferable. This warranty is void if any service is performed by an unauthorized person or sold by anyone other than an authorized Montage dealer. Products Sold after one year from date of factory shipment including floor samples, are not covered under warranty.

If a difficulty develops with the product as a result of a defect in material or workmanship, Montage will repair or replace the product at the factory or an authorized service center. At its option, transportation charges to and from the repair location must be paid by the purchaser.

All implied warranties with respect to this product (including merchantability) are limited to one year from date of purchase. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties and there are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, some of the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary form state to state.
